I'm trying to login to my account but it's saying "Authentication Failed"?

If this is your first time purchasing from the Wind & Tide Store, please create a new account.  The Store and Parent Portal are separate systems so families will not be able to use their Parent Portal login credentials to login to the Store.

What payment methods are available?

After submitting your order, please call the Administration office at 604-575-0549 to provide your credit card to complete your purchase. Orders will not be processed until after we have received your credit card information and payment has been charged.  Our office hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4 PM.

What delivery options are available?

For students registered at Wind & Tide, you may choose to have the order delivered to your child's Wind & Tide classroom or pick-up from the Administration office in White Rock.  For families not registered at Wind & Tide, you may pick-up your order at the Administration office in White Rock or have your order shipped to your address (additional shipping fee will apply).  For shipping, please contact the office for a quote prior making a purchase.

When will I receive my order?

If you have requested the order to be delivered to your child's Wind & Tide classroom, the order will arrive within 45 days. If you would like to pick-up your order at the Wind & Tide office, you will receive an email within 5 business days to notify you that your order is ready for pick-up.
