Programs and Fees

We offer programs for children ages three through eight. From preschool and kindergarten to reading, public speaking, math and art, our programs are designed to help your children grow and to grow with them.

Preschool classes (all run 2.5 hours per class, exact times depend on location):

  • 3 Year Old Classes ($115/mnth) - Tues and Thurs
  • 4 Year Old Classes ($170/mnth) - Mon, Wed and Fri
  • 4 Year Old Classes ($285/mnth) - 5 days a week (Monday through Friday)
  • Kindergarten ($550 / mnth) - Monday through Friday

After School programs (all run 1.5 hours per class)

  • Ready to Read ($65 / mnth) - 1 day per week
  • Toastminors ($65/mnth) - 1 day per week

Childcare programs - ages 3 - 5

  • Our base price for childcare is $1000/month for full time care. Please contact our administration office for specific details on part-time rates, and to confirm the rate at your desired location.

REQUIRED PAYMENTS

Every class requires a registration fee, a deposit and the payment method to be set up prior to the start of the class.

Registration fee:

  • This is a non-refundable fee that is required per child, per school year. The registration fees are as follows:
  • Preschool $35
  • Kindergarten $200
  • After School Programs $35
  • Childcare $50

Deposit: The deposit required for all preschool and after school classes is one month's tuition. For the childcare centres, the deposit is equivalent to a half month of tuition. This deposit is applied to your final month's tuition. Note that for all preschool and after school programs, this deposit is non-refundable after June 30th. No refunds are issued for summer or September withdrawals, due to the difficulty in filling spaces during these times. Once attending the program, the deposit will apply to your final month's tuition, provided 30 days notice is given for withdrawal.

Class payment options:

To pay your child's preschool or after-school program fees, you have three options:

  1. Pre-Authorized Monthly Debit Agreement (PAD) with a VOID cheque or credit card number attached. Beginning September 1st and thereafter, on the first of each month, your monthly tuition payment will be withdrawn automatically from your account.
  2. Annual - Tuition may be paid for the entire school year in one cheque or credit card payment post-dated for September 1st, for the entire school year.
  3. Bi-Annual - Tuition may be paid in two equal installments by post-dated cheques or credit card payments. The first semester cheque will be post-dated for September 1st for the first half of the years tuition and the second will be post-dated January 15th for the remainder of the tuition.

If you are enrolled in the childcare centre, you are required to submit a monthly pre-authorized debit form (either using a credit card of bank account).

SUBSIDY:

If you are a family that would like to attend our preschool or childcare programs, note that you may qualify for BC Childcare Subsidy. This program offers financial support for families needing it. Note that it does not cover all tuition costs and families are responsible for the outstanding tuition, as well as the registration fees.
